Technical Roles
The role will involve the design, installation and the support of Cisco solutions across the advanced unified communications suite (UCM, Unity, Presence, Contact Centre Express, Meetingplace, etc). You will also have strong VoIP related protocol knowledge including SCCP, MGCP and SIP. Cisco CCIE certification and a current MCSE would be highly beneficial but not mandatory. You will need strong consulting skills to work with our clients to identify their specific needs, after which you will design, cost, project plan and implement bespoke technical solutions that will not only align with existing technology but position our clients for the future.
