Bespoke Training

The training can be built around many different solutions and some of the training that Axonex have delivered is listed below:

•  Attendant Console (Operator console) for multiple receptionists/assistants
•  Combined training covering basic moves, adds and changes (MAC’s) on Unified Communications  Manager and Unity Connection
•  Training for first line support teams for MAC’s on unified solution including MGCP, H.323, IP-FAX and  GSM gateways.
•  End user training covering Cisco IP handsets and web access
